Anyone having trouble getting GD expired domains?

I bought two domains last week from GD closeouts. Both were due into my GD account on Dec 18th. I have had no problem before and usually get an email from GD saying "your transaction is complete" and the domain is in my account.

On this day, there was no email (or two emails as there should have been). When I checked the Whois, one domain now showed with my info and that domain was in my account. The Whois for the second domain showed with no registrant info and "no match found in registry database". This isn't a case of the original owner renewing at the last minute, as their info would now show in the Whois. The Whois has been reading like this for several days now.

Any idea what's going on here?! It looks like GD had issues on the 18th and are letting the domain I bought from closeouts expire instead of transferring it to my account. Has anyone else had problems over the last few days?

No, the domain is not in my account. I have checked the Whois again this morning and it is still showing with no registrant info. Oh, well it looks like Monday morning will be spent on the phone to GD's "customer service"….
