Hi,
I little while back I registered some domains with a focus on the new cryptocurrency Ripple also know as XRP as it's commodity symbol. I'm fairly surprised no one has mentioned it on here. Is there a reason? So I figured I'd post a question to see if there are some domainers invested in this digital currency.

I understand that Bitcoin is king because it's first yadda yadda. yadda. but when I read about Ripple and XRP. Seemed promising. Especially the price of XRP's at the time and seeing how Bitcoin blew up in price and made millionaires overnight from .000020 USD per bitcoin to the present $400+ per bitcoin and of course a few years back it was up to $1200 a bitcoin ( During the Silk Road era and MT.Gox fiasco)

What's good about Ripple was that unlike Bitcoin. There's no need to mine for XRP because they are already created. What makes Bitcoin to me unsafe is the idea that regular mom and pop operations with Mining PC's in their apartments are "creating" bitcoins thru the process of processing transations. Something about that was just unsettling with me. I liked Ripple more because of this.

Anyways. Did anyone get any Ripple or XRP domains?
I mean it seems ahead of Bitcoin in that XRP and Ripple is already being accepted by a few banks. Something Bitcoin hasn't as of yet. So yea Bitcoin was first to be created. But Ripple is First to get in bed with the banks.

Good thing? bad thing? who knows?

I really pictured a world where Digital Cryptocurrency will be the norm. Will it be Bitcoin? or will it be Ripple? I would take the one that's already in bed with the banks to succeed. Bitcoin was started by hackers. The banks know this. They were created by people who hated the government watching their transations. And it WAS the cryptocurrency of CHOICE by the notorious Silk Road which harms it's reputation with the banks. Plus many Bitcoin users hate the idea of Bitcoin giving access to Banks and perhaps giving Governments access to their transactions via the banks.

In fact I think to domainers? It can be a complete God Send especially in here on NP. Because most of the NP auctions here still deal with Paypal as thee only safe option to pay for their domain purchases.

I think if people here had a Ripple Wallet they could make a payment instantly and it's really very cheap per transaction.

So yea. Does anyone have any domains with the word Ripple or XRP in it? would be interesting to find out. Thanks.

RippleChips.com

Every time I mention this domain somewhere I get a couple offers.

Definition chips

CHIPS settles over 250,000 of trades per day, valued in excess of $1 trillion. CHIPS and the Fedwire funds service used by the Federal Reserve Bank combine to constitute the primary network in the U.S. for both domestic and foreign large transactions denominated in U.S. dollars.

Has both financial elements and a cool familiar sound

I have a feeling this will eventually be a sale.
