I have had an issue with Moniker, a business issue. They won't communicate with me even after many attempts to email them. They have done this in the past as well. I'm traveling overseas so calling them is difficult in my location.

I wonder if there is anyone here who knows someone I could contact who is willing to sort out the issues I'm having with this company?

After searching the forums it seems there is little discussion about them these days, jrzeygirl was active until this post and then she disappeared:

I look forward to hearing back from you to work out the issues I'm having with Moniker and also to find out why your company has communication problems.

Bari, just a reminder you have not replied to my emails, which is what all the other people at your company have done, completey ignored the emails I have sent. I'm not sure this is a good way to do business, communication is important. Does your company have a policy of ignoring all emails when an issue arrises they want to avoid?

onewordonly - Clearly if you did a search on NamePros about me, you'll read that I don't just ignore my clients, much less anyone else.

I previously posted asking you if I recieved your email and if I didn't to please resend. Obviously I did not recieve it or I would have answered you. I ask that you please send it again however IF your email is a client services related issue, I ask that you please open a help ticket under Moniker support center and include your case # in the email.

Bari, I did send you another email after you requested I do and now that is two emails I have sent you. As explained each time I got an auto out of office response so obvioulsly the emails are getting through but there is a problem with your system in letting you know this. This is not a client service issue. I have even given you the reference number, here it is again [ ref:00D36fF4.50038n8ex:ref ].

I will now send the email for a third time....
