Hi,
For the last couple of days I've been getting this message when trying to register domains at Moniker with my debit card:
Error:Internal Error: Generic processor error: 10001-Internal Error
As a result, I've had to take my business elsewhere. The card worked perfectly so I can only assume it's a glitch in the Moniker system.
I was still able register a name at Moniker using prepaid funds, just not with my card.
If everyone else is getting a similar error when buying with a card, Moniker must be losing a lot of money. I have emailed support and will update this post with the response.

Response received:
The error was internal and it has something to do with our authorizing system. It turns out our provider was down – You need to wait about 30 minutes and try again. It’s getting rebooted.
At least it should be fixed shortly and they were very quick with the reply
