So you register that domain we can list the domain to sell here or anywhere for quick selling
We will split the profit 50/50
potential not much maybe $50-$100 really depend on the traffic it gets

You will register the domain, will change the nameserver I provide
I will point it to my hosting with Google analytics or in Bodis.
I post the sales thread here and update it with daily traffic stat.
After domain being sold, you will get 50% of the profit + domain registration fees
