Hello!

I have been registered 3 .Pro domains at HOSTWAY.COM at October 2008.
From that date they are showing as pending items.
My card charged, domains are paid!
All invoices are clear.
And I cannot manage my domains at Control Panel.
I'm calling every day to them, writing e-mail letters, they are giving me trouble tickets with promising that they will solve it - but nothing changed...
It's a crazy company - 6 months are gone, but problem was not resolved...

IF ANYBODY KNOWS GUYS FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE HELP ME!

I sympathize with you if you've been having trouble managing your domains for SIX MONTHS and the company hasn't taken the time to make it right! I would've lost my patience long before this point in this sort of case. D-:

I urge you try the other avenues to resolve this problem but please, don't use Wikipedia for this. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia that its volunteers have worked very hard on for years to maintain its high quality and it really isn't a place for people to post their gripes with a company. Interesting. Upon the advice of a web designer, I hosted some of my domains with Hostway three or four years ago. I felt the service was so bad, and it was so difficult to get an appropriate answer to support questions, that I fled to another hosting service after a few months!

It is a big business, but not one that I would recommend - and I always avoided registering domains with them. Thank you for sharing your story with us, this will help other people to avoid them - and I repeat: avoid Hostway for hosting too!
