Any way of contacting Joker.com? They don't respond

I have tried to user Joker.com to register .eu domain names, but they do not respond to my support queries.

As far as I know, the only way to contact them is via the support form on their site. I have written over 10 queries over the last month and they have not responsed.

I did some research and even tried telephoning and faxing them to no avail.

Do other people get responses from this company? Is there any other way of contacting them please?

It is an apt name, I must say: they are a complete joke and, once I have sorted out the current mess, I will NEVER use them again.

maybe try to see if there's a contact for them you haven't yet tried in their dns...

or try another one of YOUR eMail addresses to contact them through - in case for some reason it's your eMail not making it through to them....

I have no knowledge or or dealings with that company - so can't help yo there...

try doing a Google search for their company name and the keyword "email" or "contact" etc... see if it turns up anything else...

OR - postal mail them via whatever postal address(s) you turn up for them
or from their dns...

Thanks Patricia. I did try Googling them and other people have reported the same issues. They suggested faxing Joker, but that didn't work.

They still haven't responded to a single email - must have sent over 20 to different addresses now
