Any value in 1 word .com's that have a single O that is replaced with a Zero? ex: b0ats? b0xing

Anyone ever seen any of these sold or sold any higher than regfee?

very little value if anything. Firstly you will lose traffic on people ms typing the domain name thinking it is a o.

Essentially this is a bad ineffective way of typo squatting as well

The examples you have provided above would have some value, but obviously nothing like if it was the correct word. As to the value, maybe in the $xxx to possibly $x,xxx at best

That appears as short domain name. But in other hand such domain names might appear as misleading ones. So some people might not get zero instead of O
