Any tools that combine keywords?

Anyone know a good tool for adding a single prefix or suffix to a list of terms to generate short phrases? For instance, if I wanted to add "buy" to a list of 100 retail items like cars, autos, toys, shoes, etc. to create "buycars", "buyautos", "buttoys", etc. I could of course cut and paste the prefix myself but am looking for a tool that automates this.

I know of Dotomator but don't particularly like it.
