Great tips and tools. I do my searches the similar way, also using around 1000 strong keywords which i combine, add pre- and suffixes, twist them and turn them upside down until i get some nice brandables.
This is how i ended up piling up a bunch of brandable name ideas that are still available to register.
You can have a look at dnhere.com.
Hope it helps and saves you time :)

I generally combine two dictionary words to make a brandable. Else only use My or The as prefix.
10 years ago I had registered lots of brandables with 123 prefix.

I think this will require lots of manual work and not much in good results.

    Sales History
DNPRIC .es is my go to for price history and a good way to measure the startup capital required.
"PetShop" or "RealEstate" in .com you can scan each word and figure out what they're worth etc

    Capital Outlay
A landscaping business is unlikely to outlay 6 figures for landscaping.com unless they have a genuine plan to launch a nationwide franchise opportunity (Like Jim's Mowing in Australia)

    TM Parameters (WIPO)
"Runescaping" is almost a TM breach if used for a service that might dilute the brand and exists outside the TM parameters. A possible brand, but difficult in a digital world

    Brandables
Names like "Anatomly" for a health application, or MediDapp even, can work, but you have to measure their scope of audience, see through the companies eyes, to know how much they're likely to spend.

    Overall
Domains are digital pieces of real estate. Coles Group, one of Australia's largest grocery stores, own Superannuation.com.au, yet they're barely offering their own superannuation products. They see value in the location of that domain. How it might improve visibility etc.

    Takeaway:
Keyword + Cafe = Whatever a cafe is willing to pay.

And looking at data from 2000 - 2015 is like looking at how relevant a disk is in today's society. Try looking at what's coming, what brand they'll need, and how much they'd really pay for it given the alternatives.

Precaution. Otherwise I just drop my shit and my portfolio is worth 3x more retail that it was when I first started. I spent like 6k (not too much) and dropped most by spending another 4k. I've dropped many more and now I think I have some names that might be worth holding.

These days, my company is starting a service that packages brands, TM and social media holds, giving people a real handle of their brand.

I'm going to develop say ####.org for an endangered animal and set up a charity connected to my business. The acquisition of IP in fashion or animals etc is equally a great way to build goodwill, and the connections with national parks and regional council or lobbyist groupss preserve wildlife and strengthen your brands image.

    Branding is tough.

    TooBusyToDie vs ToBusyToStop

I'd go for stop. "Die" has that negative connotation that is rarely used in brand names... Whith niche exceptions.

    LegalizeBlackness vs LegalizeGlobalization

I'd again go with Globalization. We're all together in the current times, and a real push towards the global citizen ideology is becoming.

What do you think of Super - Annuation .com = Superannuation.com 60,000 exact searches, CPC $16, 1,000,000+ braod searches and

Industry growth in Australia predicted to grow from 3 billion to 10 billion, by 2032.

India is also recognising a need to have self funded retirement and uses the term superannuation.

Super means Greater than the normal, and annuation means a group of flora to occur together at a certain time.

    Unusual, but it sounds professional
