How to combine two keyword lists?

I need a tool that will combine two lists of keywords to create all combinations. For example, I have a list of 7 geo locations and 13 keywords. I need something that will produce all 91 possible combos. I know I have seen this - I just can't find it.

Help would be much appreciated!

You looking for something that'll plug .com (and other extensions) to the end of the keywords too? (KeywordKeyword.com) If so, I might have what you need.

Here is the simple and eaiser tool...

Just go to suggest.name web site and you'll find 4 boxes. Enter your keywords manually in first box, enter another set of keywords in second box and click on 'combine results'. It will generate all possible combinations of words you want. - That's it.

you "FIND" and "REPLACE" in excell or word

now you go to "FIND and REPLACE" under EDIT (i think) or something under search

and u will FIND "city" and REPLACE it with "newyork" or whatever city name u want

now if u have 500 list of names

the word CITY will now say

NY-DR.com
NY-DOCTORS.com
NY-Lawyers.com

and so on. get it?
