I just came up with the domain recently so no work has been put into it yet. I'm quite interested in what it could be valued at.

Because the domain is very specific the value is limited. I'm not sure how many fans the Orioles have and what percentage of those fans would be online and want to talk to other fans.

If you're a fan and developing this would be a personal project than go for it. If you're looking for resale I'd settle for mid $xx to $1xx.
