Any one know how to use Bluehost please?

Could someone please help me,
IM using dreamweaver and have created a really basic website, i now have paid for an account with www.bluehost.com and i want to upload my dreamweaver site onto the net. How do i do this? my domain name is
www.carnagenz.com

could someone please help me and give me instructions on what to do and how to do it.

I would be very very appreciative.

your frontpage is getting an image that is not yet uploaded:

pls. upload the file jono.jpg to
http://www.carnagenz.com/images/ and it will be fine, remember to upload as "binary"

you need to link to the 2 images like so:
http://www.carnagenz.com/images/JONO.JPG
http://www.carnagenz.com/images/SN5.JPG
since you uploaded it as all capitals and not lowercase so you won't see them on frontpage of your site.
