@Epik.com again maybe?

These guys seem to solve every problem in the industry :)

Or is self-hosting the only option?

Thank you!

Regarding Epik...
Contact Form is available for their domains by default on their default nameservers...
Just don't list on their marketplace.

+ I already asked @matt_bodis regarding this plain contact form... few times...
Maybe, we will see it in future...

But PPC connection will still be present for those who would want to see it :), no?

At Bodis you will be able to activate autoredirect... like currently with their Sales Form...

So let me get this right, it would still be a for sale lander just would have no form to submit, only email / contact info instead?

Sounds like an interesting idea.

We'll add the contact info only to sale banner so would be good to offer a sale page as well.

You may visit Merci.PRO as live example at ParkingCrew...
And click the banner to get just plain Contact Form...

In other words, as was already asked in Bodis thread...
No any mentions that the domain is for sale... and no offer field.
Just Contact Form.

If you want to publish your contact details like address, phone etc. - there is already Imprint feature with both Bodis and PC.

why don't you use your own landing page?
that will give you so much more options

like adding analytics
or having different languages pages

and the ability to adjust it
as you please

@Anna_M

Are you saying you are restricted in Moscow from visiting the outside web? (Similar to China firewall)?

Just wondering as we never knew that was the case with Moscow/Russia.

Various authorities in RU are allowed (and, in fact, supposed) to block websites. G ads are not prohibited, but, if the domain is in the prohibited list... then the current IP may be blocked. Depends on the ISP - in fact, some block by IP. Official list of blocked domains (also URLs and IPs) is not public, only licensed ISPs do have access to it. Unofficial list: antizapret.info . I know this because I speak Russian; I do not live in Russia though, so maybe @Anna_M can provide more details from inside the country

Bodis is definitely not banned in Russia...
Even today I have received Russian bid via Bodis...

Regarding ParkingCrew...
At least previously I didn't notice any issues with RU inquiries...
How it is right now - I don't know, it must be rechecked...

So must be an ISP issue. If deep packet inspection (DPI) is used by russian ISP - then only blocked domains are blocked, parked or not. If there is no DPI - then the ISP simply blocks by IP, some bad domain has bodis parking IP - and the whole bodis would be unaccessible through this particular ISP.

Strangely...
The mentioned domain has nothing to do with Russia...
Traffic is very low there... and it is not listed in Spamhaus DBL, not banned by Google.

So only IP addresses can be blocked.

It is probably Parkingcrew blocking Russian IP ranges.
