Any affordable .realty transfers?

According to https://tldes.com/realty there are just 4 registrars (freenom, domain.com, weboasis.ae and cdmon) offering transfers from $8.87 to $14.13 and then the price goes up to over $270 (and renewing at the current registrar would be almost $300). Grateful for details of alternatives and recommendations.

The price difference is too big. Probably these registrars are mistaken in their price lists.

I was looking at that myself a few days ago after purchasing realty via Epik promo last year.
