The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

in my opinion, with my little experience, without much analysis, none is interesting enough.
It would be hard to sell any over 100, except emiratesdutyfree for someone who still believe keywords in domain names are still important for google, I dont think it is the case, (definitely would like to hear others opinion on this.)

oh so b for bang was a band with a music project related to the Beatles.
and "they" used to have that domain name.
this is why they have some searches and backlinks

maybe you can sell it more then, 200 maybe...use a parking page since it is getting some traffic for broken links.
Ah awesome, thanks for sharing, I was wondering where all the stats came from :)..I bought it on namecheap and they have parking options there which I turned on. Would that do the job?

no use a parking service that share earnings with you,
namecheap takes parking earning for themselves. I talked about it yesterday, what a coincidence

I recommend and most people here recommend parking crew or bodis

I had good experience with parking crew.

Also the Emirates one is a clear trademark violation, so really not worth anything at all.

Good luck and welcome to domaining.. there's plenty to learn, and lots of fun to be had!

How is the emirates one a trademark issue?

I may be wrong here but I wouldn't agree that Emirates is a trademark violation. While yeah it could be the airline you can also be very clearly referring to the UAE as a whole, I think there's a fair argument to be made here. That being said, the only usages for the ones you listed are candy (for marsgalaxy) and an adult site (for bforbang), so I think your options are fairly limited there.

Nice, I will check those parking pages, didn't know that namecheap earns it all. Will have to look up how to use parking crew and bodies.

We all make them starting out.. and later once you've learned... You'll still make mistakes and learn from those :)

Every year I look back on my purchases of the previous year with fresh eyes and perspective.

Yeah you right, mistakes will always be part of it..now I write all the domain ideas down, sleep on it for a few days and look back to find out that most of them are crap๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†..

Anyways from the list above you recommend I should drop them all?

If they were mine, I'd run a multi domain auction on Namepros... it's free... just start at $1, and people bid on the domains they want... you might only get 1 or 2 dollars for some.. and maybe one will surprise you and you'll get $14 or more... but at the end of day... you got rid of them, and got back as much as you could so its not as much of a loss.

Another idea I do is to swap crappy domains... sometimes I'll give 10 of my worst for 1 domain that I think is a little better... sometimes I do it the other way round... its fun and means both domainers get fresh stock without spending any money :)

Hmm..both ideas sound awesome, I'll try to list some in the coming days on Namepros auction and some on GD auction as well and see how it goes..

For the swap, one day when I have hundreds/thousands of domains then I know who to contact ๐Ÿ˜œ
