I suspect they made a deal in advance, or it was the BIN price and purchased via partner network, not via Sedo search (because it sucks); because Sedo bidders are lowballing agents, and you can't maximize potential without BIN.
All marketplaces are bad, for example I was hoping Dynadot would improve itself after lots of repeated reasonable suggestions,..instead their landing pages don't work anymore (new BIN ones).

Sclerosis is a very broad, generalized term in medical science which might make it more challenging. MS is probably the most familiar.
