I'm after a domain that is not available to reg, has no landing page (gets a "failed to open" page), and gives the following WhoIs data:

It seems like the registrar's expiration date is usually one year after the registrant's expiration date. So I'm thinking this domain expired in Mar '07. So why would it still be in Redemptions Period? Any thoughts on the best approach to obtaining it? Should I just backorder it at the major dropcatchers or maybe contact Dotster about it?
