Another simple task that they have made not so simple.....

Got an email from them

"ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, requires us to ask you to review and update your details for the following domain(s):"

I click the link........I click contact information is correct........job done

Nope........

"There was an error processing your request. Please try again. If the error continues contact support at......

And the retry button does not work......



Not a big deal, but still a simple thing not made simple......again

I constantly get errors from them when trying to unlock domains for transfer out, it'd be great if it was an extra security layer but it's probably just from adding new code to old code and getting hung up...maybe if they do away with the upsells the server can support the load.
