yes you have to get an offer to send it to auction, but if you have a really good domain you might send it to sedo's "Monthly Premium Auctions"

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Sedo doesn't consider ".asia" premium enough? So you can submit it but they will almost certainly reject it. Though I've seen some really strange ones (.coms) making the cut. Funny world.
