Annoying Avatars - Be Gone

Hi all, I've noticed a few around here and other forums that use annoying avatars, and here's help.
GET RID OF THEM
-they won't so, you can..
If you use Firefox, get Adblock Plus addon(free), then rightclick the annoying avatar, then choose Adblock image, and hit OK.
Avatar never to be seen again, save those eyeballs :blink:

Some avatars are really cool
some move around and flash and get really annoying when trying to read the threads, I found a solution and now I share it.
I don't block all avatars, just those that bug me...

Good tip but I think of the avatars as being an expression of the people themselves so like to see how they represent themselves.

I like avatars, they make the forum more interesting, too much bland text is overwhelming :P

Thank goodness the avatars on Namepros are on the side. I know some other forums that have them over the posts, which can really be distracting.

I was planning on some horror avatars so that it would work as a scarecrow and scare the small kids away [Maybe 8 years old ones] :D
