Two websites for the price of one!
I have to say that I am truly sorry that I need to sell this site. It has been fun to work on this site and I created Animated Avatars with lots of knowledge and love.
Website Structure:
This site is full xhtml/css coded to perfection site. No tables and very fast for search engines to crawl. Each aspect of the site is PHP coded. Meaning that every detail is separated into PHP include pages. That way you can insert ads (top, right and bottom), meta tags, links top/ right, footer and sidebar from one simple PHP file. After that all pages will update accordingly. I can not emphasize how detailed coding of this site is. I am full time professional coder and designer so I take my job to the extreme. I am web developer and founder of Webinsane.com which deals with: web development and internet marketing.
Reason for sale:
The main reason is Google AdSense which sends me checks that I can not cash in my country. I tried in 5 different banks, but they have weird policy when it comes to foreign checks on personal names. Usually I have to ask Google to send special letter to confirm this check and after two months they can put my check into process of withdrawal which sometimes can take another month or so. Six months ago I was aggravated and I removed all the ads and discontinued my AdSense account. I gave my friend permission to put his ads and he did some work for me and that went for some time, but now I really want to sell this site and use the money for my other projects.
Keywords and SEO:
I am not the AdSense or advertising expert (far from it), but I am excellent search engine optimizer. I actually make living from it. Keywords on this site are extensively researched to the perfection. In a few months site was spreading around the internet very fast. The most important thing about this site is that people link to it on forums and other similar sites. It has many cool and hilarious avatars and people love to share them with their online friends.
Every detail is set for search engines. It has h1 and h2 tags it has good link structure followed by great keyword research and CSS code. Traffic will climb and I am 100% positive that this will be great revenue for anyone that has AdSense/Advertising experience.

Animated Avatars - 1st Position (special position complete domination)
Hentai Avatars โ 1st Position (you will receive additional domain avatarhentai.org)

Cost of running the site:
Almost none. I figured out the perfect solution to run this site for 2-3 dollars a month in expenses. All the images are hosted on Photobucket.com which I have pro account ($20 a year) and I will give the buyer of this site full access to my Pro Photobucket account where all avatars are uploaded.
Conclusion:
This site has steady monthly traffic that will never fall. New keywords are introduced and they will be ranked very soon which could double traffic very fast. I just changed the look of the site and I didnโt do any updates for a very long time (10 months) that is probably why traffic staid the same. If you have time to add few avatars a month and to create some solid search engine optimized text for each page then this site will skyrocket in the traffic terms. Large majority of visitors comes from United States, Canada and Western Europe which is big plus.

Revenue Details:
I can't cash adsense in my country and I treated this site very poorly when it comes to advertising. Someone who knows how to optimize the Google ads could make serious cash.
Traffic Details:
Almost all the trafic comes from United States and Canada. The great thing is that average time on the site is more than 4 minutes! PageRank is really not that important for this kind of site since it is ranked 1st in Google for all major keywords (check animated avatars keyword).
