Sounds like a good company name. No trademark on it currently. There is a Florida Application for Fictitious Name which does not protect the name. The guy who filed it does not have a website and his phone number is listed in his name, not Android Electronics. Google was turned down for a trademark for Android because it's services are too similar to Android Data, which has a trademark for Android Data. Android Data is a company dealing with software for an online payment gateway. There's quite a few other Android trademark applications in categories such as jewelry and games, etc.
