Letting everyone know we have gone back to NO comments in a sales thread.

Too many pms from "I do not want anyone to comment in my sales thread" to
"DNF does not allow this guess that's why they won DRT best forum" to "If ****** is going to trash my sales thread I will trash everythread he makes" to " Equity when I get a post in my sales thread I get excited thinking I got a sale only to see, nice name, big letdown."

So we are going back to NO COMMENTS for any reason I do not care what the reason is. IS the seller in the wrong pm ME, Like the name? here's an idea buy it. but if you just want to profess your love for the domain pm the seller.

Secondly most people do put Registrar/Expiry THANK YOU. If you do not the thread will be edited and you will have to come back and list it in the correct format.

Thank you

I couldn't agree more with this!

The only reason I see making comments is when a name is going be for sale got approved for a big auction

Respect marketplace threads. If you disagre with the seller in his comments, simply PM the seller. The name is for sale. If you don't like the comments, simply PM vs trashing someones sales thread.

I agree, sales threads are for sales not for people to say how great the name is or say the name sucks.

The only times I've commented in a sale is when there was something wrong with the listing, eg. someone put expiry in 2007 & we're in 2008.

This may be a dumb question....when did the rule change?

I know we had a thread about it recently, but I was never under the impression that we were allowed to make comments anyway.
