I don't think it is even worth the reg fee...
MillionCats should be in the range of mid to high $xx, but with the added "a" it looses the value it would held without it.
Also think about how can you monetize a site with name like this?

Thanks for your response. I was thinking I could use this as a platform for cat lovers, as a blog or affiliate marketing, or may be even an ecommerce store.

I like the spelling a lot because it makes it way more brandable than "millioncats".
Of course this is said only looking straight towards the meme blogging and funny content niche.
Like your idea of a petstore as well. You can build a lot around it.
