You'll have definite trademark issues if you try and use this, or Amazon hear about it.

Excellent name! But like Chimaera said, big TradeMark issure with that. Amazon seems really strict about using their name to profit yourself.

Best bet would be to try and contact the highest person you can at Amazon and get permission to use the name, or if the deny you can use it send it to them to avoid legal troubles.

Hi there.

Nice name. if you try to sell this to Amazon you will have problems, wait till they come to you, best way to avoid Tm issues with this name is to use the generic term "Amazon" in your favor.

Set up a mini website on it with trips to the Amazon etc info about the Amazon you know the deal. Link to site with info about the Amazon and you should be OK as there is no bad faith and they cant really touch you.

I plan on setting up a small travel site with it. Amazon did send their lawyers my way but I told them what I was doing with it and they backed off.

I actually had ExpediaDeals.com at one point and you wouldn't believe how quick their lawyers were on my back. Had to give that one up right away. I did manage to sell it to them for about $100.00 but that name was probably worth $xxx,xxx.xx.
