thanks for the input "online domain shop". Im new to domaining relatively speaking and the estibot figure for this domain is $2200 (the highest out of my portfolio), is this estibot figure something domainers go off?? also is parking this type of domain going to get the page ranked up if i put decent / relevant content on?? any advice welcomed

Estibot+ all online appraisal schemes are scam , I has sold few domains for xxx with 0$ estibot appraisal , Parking earnings are dead these days unless you have around 30k-50k typo traffic.

im sure many $0 domains do sell for $xxx prices and go against the "zero" estimate off the robot appraisers. thanks for taking the time to answer me though.

p.s - Im not sure if it affects your zero valuation but i inputted the name wrong in the title originally and i have now removed a letter.. (i put relcyceling before)..

Would you use this name for a real-life business ? Go ahead, and come back later to report the results.
It could be getting a bit of typo traffic but I doubt, if the domain name was available it normally means nobody wanted to put $10 on it.
