Amazon S3 Resellers?

Hey,

I was just wondering whether anyone knew of any Amazon S3 resellers or that type of pay as you use service? I would be using it to store backups, but the amount of data can change dramatically, hence why it needs to be flexible like S3 is. I would be using them directly but they don't accept any of the payment methods i have...
