Amazon Portal Site?

I think I remember seeing a post on here a little while back about someone designing portal sites for amazon.

I have one domain (gemstores dot com) that I am thinking about doing this with.

Any one have any ideas on how much that would cost to have someone develop?

Also, looking for any other suggestions on what to do with the site.
