I'm not sure who you could sell it to besides the Vegas casino... and if you approach them then it's an obvious bad faith registration of the name.

    Undeveloped bellagio.us = probably worthless

    Top definition
    Bellagio
When an individual in a group vomits which triggers a domino effect of subsequent individuals vomiting in a chain reaction reminiscent of the water show in front of the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
"On my flight from NY to Seattle, the turbulence got the best of a group of grade school students and kicked of a Bellagio."
    https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Bellagio

    bellagio.us?
    1) (Probably) No trademark issues as long as you are not directly relating your site to gambling and/or the famous casino
    2) "When an individual in a group vomits..."
You could (for example) create a satire/parody site related to certain U.S. politicians.

is that the main reason of the person who registered it?

    I don't think so.

Bellagio... I live in Turkey but even for me , the casino is the first thing pops on my mind when I see the name.

Not a group of people vomiting, trigerred by the other.

Does the .us registry strict restrict to local ownership, or organized company within the US?

Also the same person that started this thread, wow what a surprise conversation about this so called amazing domain. Obviously you didn't get the memo of no privacy on .us domains. Maybe it is time for Trump to tax Chinese .us buyers a 500% tariff.
