domain Am I missing something?

Am I missing something? I have had most of these for at least 2+ years and have offered them at an average of 150-300 each. More for others of course. No bites? Am I out to lunch or just impatient? Have sold many domains in the early years and decided to return for a little speculation...

Any comments or appraisals (single or the entire portfolio) will be absolutely appreciated.

I'm not really sure how to appraise this kind of domain, but I would think you could get a little for it, although not much since it needs to be renewed next month. $x maybe.

Possibly reg. fee each. I know it seems like CCC.net would be worth a bit more, but I don't think they are unless there is something worthwhile in them.

When you search in quotes, it has only ~45,700 results. Reg. fee at most, without any development.

BEECHVILLE.COM (Town name in Canada and at least 4 states of the US)

I'm not sure about the populations in these cities/towns, but you might try developing at least something small on the domain. All other TLDs seem to be available though, so it doesn't appear to be drawing that much interest in spite of the multiple cities. By itself, the domain might fetch you $1x.

Regarding the rest of the domains, I think it would be hard to get even a few bucks in most of the cases. :imho:

Thank you both for your comments. I guess I will just have to market to individual markets rather than speculators. Hopefully I'll find the buyers on my own.
