Hi all,
My auction at snapnames is closing tomorrow, but I'm confused by something (I'm a domain snapping virgin!)...
Under "status", I see the words "hig bid" with a green background, and under "High Bidder" it says "You!". Am I to understand that "high" means "highest", or am I merely _one_ of the "high bidders"?
I REALLY want to get this domain, so I'd be grateful for any responses... I'm just afraid that I may have been lulled into a false sense of security by a grammatical ambiguity!
Oh, by the way, is there any way to see what the highest bid is, if someone else has outbid you, or is the idea that you simply place a higher one in the hope that it'll be the highest?
A 3rd question: my "current bid" still shows the original $60 even though I've alreday increased my bid, although my new higher bid is shown under "Maximum bid". That doesn't seem to make sense to me. ISn't the higher figure my "current bid"?
Thanks
