Alternatives to AS [Monetizing community]

What would u recommend? Community is one month old. 100uu per day.

Chitika? Clicksor? Kontera?

As far I am concerned affiliate programs [link share] does not work at this stage for me @ all. What do you reckon guys? Any alternatives to cpc or cpm?

I don't think 1000 uv is enough for a cpm so ppc and affiliates are better. Try Kontera or AdSense Those are the best options for you at the moment I think.

I disagree with AdSense being your best option. AdSense feeds pay out nothing compared to the yahoo Premium Feed i have been using. Plus with AdSense, you have to worry about them shutting your account down and not paying you.

My advice is to ask around for other ad networks who pay out better and offer better feeds.

Only US publishers can use both yahoo Premium Feed and YPN Also there aren't many which pay same like AdSnese.

Sometimes you have to keep trying new things until you find one that works. Depending on what your community is, it can be hard to get people to click with even double those traffic numbers. I have a friend with one of the most popular TV fansites in town but she's shutting down because no one is clicking.

It's not as easy as putting ads on a site and waiting for the check. It may mean putting direct links to items in your posts (Like a book review with a link to that book, or movie.) Try other ad programs, ask people if they even notice the ads. Some don't. Maybe different ad placement will work. Lots of variables, you just have to work at it.

Really? because the company i am with offers the yahoo premium feed, and i know for a fact you dont have to live in the US. Also with the same domain i ran on adsense i ran with them and doubled my revenue.

So i dont really believe adsense has the best payouts
