I scanned all Chinse premium (without a,e,i,o,u,v and 0,4) LLNN and NNLL .com and all are gone. I registered last two CP NNLL.coms that were left!

What do you think is the future of this?

Nat, I remember you said just a day or two ago you thought these would hit $500 in a month. In my mind, I agreed. Now just a couple of days later ...maybe not every double is there yet but it has to be close. Wow.

re: 28RK
With the 8, definitely worth $59.

What do you think of the other patterns? LLLN, NNNL, LNNL, NLLN.

I'm thinking after the NNLL & LLNN move up, these will be next.

I ran a couple queries to extract the doubles from the past two months. I think you guys are jumping the gun as there have been higher sales in the past followed by much lower ones.

@whateverforsale Let's see how doubles continue to get priced over the next few days, but I've got to believe they'll all follow today's $500 soon enough. They're very scarce and it's what everyone focuses on as "the best" LLNN/NNLL pattern.

Since 38MC went for $131 on GoDaddy yesterday, I figured it was safe to risk $59 on similar N8LL names. Glad you agree!

Regarding other patterns, I like NNNL and LNNN the best, simply because there are less numbers than there are letters, so these are scarcer (and also that is what we see from the Chinese, they value numbers higher). But the draw of LLNN and NNLL even though they have more letters/less numbers is the "tidiness" of it for lack of a better term. It splits in half nice. So mostly I am invested in LLNN but have definitely bought a few NNNL and I think some LNNN.

Thank you for your thoughts. I have to agree.

I guess great minds think alike. :)

Thank you for posting those numbers.

Boy, looking at them, some sure seem like bargains to me. I thought I followed GD pretty close but I have missed some of those auctions. Don't know what I'm doing wrong but I certainly would have been bidding in a few of them.

But I don't think you will see many more doubles under $100 like there was even earlier this week. Maybe ones with a "v" which always seem to go low.

What I find interesting is that the most expensive NNLL.com doubles sold over the past month were bought by investors in the west: 88gb.com, 88cn.com and 66rw.com

That's something I rarely look up ...and should. Thanks for the info.

Keep in mind that most of the LLLL's and numeric domains were also registered by western investors as well.

I've won auctions over Chinese proxies that were willing to pay one bid less than what I paid because of 'market value'. That market value, and competition, are quickly rising.

In some cases I've paid more than I wanted to, but thats just investing...

I was thinking of selling some this week, but I'm a strong buy & hold on these. Thats just me personally.

I was a bidder in both but they got too high for me. I think CS89 is probably one of the best you can have after the doubles but I didn't want to go that high.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

The 1st one I was watching this morning was ZK10. When it went for $161 I thought, nothing is going to be cheap today.

They're probably all still good deals (especially looking back in a couple of months) I just didn't want to go that high. Looking for a Christmas present for myself.

ZK10 for $161 might be the most astonishing price of the day, but I do remember when a ton of LLNN expired on GD in late October, the ones ending in 0 were getting bid up to $30 or $40 while just about everything else could be had after it got to Closeouts.

I wasn't following LLNN in Oct but I read about when - a few hundred was it? - dropped. Was this one person who let them drop, does anyone know? Just curious why so many became available at once.

@whateverforsale Somebody let about 500 expire in late October. These only started to become liquid since then, so he probably looked at a $4,000+ renewal expense (all at once) and maybe couldn't make ends meet, or didn't know there was starting to be some interest. It had to be one single person/entity who let them drop because they all happened on the same day. I checked at the time and I think he had an Asian name. He was probably just a little too ahead of his time, and then behind it by not renewing. Who knows if that was even all he had.

Maybe the best buy of the day: 18ZT went for $49 on GD Expiring.

Thank you, @Nat Hunt. Appreciate the answer.

18ZT - good one! And another one I missed.

Fantastic name. C and S super premium letters, 89 are consecutive ascending numbers which I think is slightly more desirable. Picked up similar but not as nice SC83.com in Nov.

I only have one so-so "89" one , QZ89 -- picked it up in October for $22.

Have collected about 30 LLNN.com over the past few months and will be buying more. Big price increase coming.
