I scanned all Chinse premium (without a,e,i,o,u,v and 0,4) LLNN and NNLL .com and all are gone. I registered last two CP NNLL.coms that were left!

What do you think is the future of this?

Interesting. "58" is supposed to be a bad number, meaning "not wealth" or "not prosperity".

Go figure.

A pessimistic Chinese will interpret 5 ๆ—  (no).
An optimistic one will interpret 5 as ๆˆ‘ (me)
It depends on the mood :!:

Sorry I've missed this thread until now. I've been buying LLNN's since June/July and have been fortunate to pick up a fairly decent LL88 for a steal of a price.

Over that time I have acquired about 60 of them, each one ranging in price from $20 - $700.

I have bought most of them according to the 'chip' standard rules, where the first two letters were chosen using preferred Chinese letter combinations (HK, LN, JX... etc)q and the number combinations did not start with 0, contain a 4, and pairs were preferred.

I have also been buying with end users in mind, giving consideration to LLNN pairs that would be attractive to end users or brands.

Many people write off vowels, but I will buy if the "LL" part makes a pinyin word (Cu, He, Ha), english word (My, We, On), or Chinese last name (LI, MA, HO, YU... etc)

As for numbers that influence my buying - 21 (century), 24 (hours), and pairs like 33, 77, 88, 99.

LNNL's such as J28J.com and J38J.com getting lots of traffic.

Same here - lots of direct traffic from LLNN's, also very interesting is that I am getting visits from users translating the pages.

Probably the most undervalued namespace in domains right now, in my opinion.

Aiming for PinYin flips for good ROI is nice, but I plan on holding onto my LLNN's for potential end user acquisition & development. Unless liquidity is something I am more interested in at the moment.

what will be the next cccc.com buyout

Any cccc.com left?

cccc.com chips with no 0/4,a,e,i,o,u,v or special character look to be about 60% gone. My guess would be LLLN / NLLL will probably be next since the slight majority are gone followed by NNLN / NLNN with a third gone and LNNL next with a little over a fifth gone. NLLN / LNLN / NLNL seem be the least popular options. With 5L on pace to get bought out in a month or two and speculation going to 9N, I'm betting the remaining 240,000+ cccc chips get bought out eventually.

Thanks for the info.

I often look at NameBio, but not every sale is there. I bought a strong LL99 chip at auction and it ran me about $650 vs 'first' - not listed on NameBio. Not only did I like it for a chip, but for my own personal end user use for the future.

Nice auction sales over the past few days:

hy48.com 303 USD 2015-11-24 Pheenix
gy99.com 401 USD 2015-11-21 NameJet
tg66.com 272 USD 2015-11-21 Pheenix

I would expect any LLNN with the following LL to do well at auction:
*yes there are more combinations that have worth, but these are pretty strong.

CQ Chongqing Municipality

It's a good one - American branding potential with "21" and a 'chip' for Liaoning Province. I think at auction it would probably see $300+ at minimum.

Frustrating to think I paid for this in an aftermarket situation and did not get the name
