Alexa Traffic Rank Question

If a domain name has a high Alexa traffic rank does it make any difference to the value. Im looking at a 3 character.info and im tempted. Any advice?

actually, a lower alexa rank (less numbers) is preferable to a high alexa rank (many numbers). if the domain has a significantly low alexa rank, say, in the xx,xxx range, then it could add some value to the domain. however, this is usually only the case if the domain used to be developed, gets a lot of type-ins, etc, as alexa rank is easily manipulated - and isn't that accurate to begin with anyway.
