.al and .rs -- Renewal or transfer discounts?

I own a few .al and .rs domains.. was wondering if anyone knows of coupons or transfer/renewal discounts for those two?

I am currently on webhost.al and instanco (.rs). thank you.

p.s. I already checked coupon sites like domcomp, so am looking for more suggestions aside from those sites.
