So are they claiming that potential customers don't know what kind of domain name they are looking for and that they are instantly convinced to buy when they see a few capital letters?

Maybe end users are not so smart like us domainers, for them is hard to understand a domain or from what combo it is made.

Based on my experience here, I'm not sure I'd consider all domainers so smart. I do see how camel case would convert more window shoppers looking for a general name with some keywords and ideas. It won't help, I don't think, with names that they are directly searching for.

For anyone doubting the post, do you think that the Castellos are shilling for Afternic? To what end? While I haven't analyzed everything that they've said/done regarding domains, they seem like people who I'd at least give consideration to what they said.
