Affiliates without having website?

I have a couple of mobile phone related domain names that I don't have time to develop. Also I don't have any hosting set up for them. At the minute they are parked at Sedo and getting visits. But I'm not getting a very good click through.
Are there any phone company affiliate programs available that let you direct your domain straight to their site without me having to have a website myself?

I also have a few world cup ticket related names and insurance related names which I would like to do the same with....

Please forgive me....... I am a newbie!!

As far as I know, you need some sort of minimal hosting to run affiliate programs on your sites... but you never know.

If you have fabulous account, you can redirect your web site to one of dark blue merchant.

Or may be you can apply to become dark blue affiliates.
