Affiliates for domainers

Does anyone know of any affiliate sites that are turnkey and ready to go without you having a web site?
In other words, is there an affiliate that will capitalize on your traffic (caring for domainers), and you can get commissions by providing the traffic and domain while they have ready made templates for you?

you don't need a web site you can use the auto generated affiliate links to promote it and get a commission.

click on My info and then recommend dynadot, send a test email to yourself you will get the full url
another one is
