AdWords and vouchers..

Is anyone else's campaign getting suspended in google adwords?

I tried to use some vouchers and after about 1hour+ they get suspended and a message shows saying.

Your ad campaigns are no longer running because you've reached your account budget limit.

But i never even started them?

It doesnt happen to all but some vouchers get suspended.

I still have the full voucher balance available in my account?

Anyone have any idea why this is happening or has it happen to you?

I am using one per account, this happens with a new email address. But not all the time.

They must be having a answer there
