ADVICE ON REACHING OUT TO POTENTIAL BUYERS

.net, .org, .co, .info, .de, .biz, .mobi are all registered by a german company already and I'm assuming that they would want the .COM

Do any of you know how I should go about this and if you think this company would want the . COM ?

I don't see why they wouldnt.

Haven't sold a name for a while. I don't have many now. Mainly ones for my own purposes to put sites on. All I can say is if your name has value you should be able to find a buyer.

Telling someone "call within the next 10 minutes to get a discount" or "Limited supply" if different than:

"Hi, I have one domain, there is someone interested ready and to buy it, but first I want to know if you are interested because you have the net so I rather sell it to you"

Anyone that's not under the influence of serious drugs will in 2014 smell out the BS is a split second. Insulting someones intelligence fires back in these days.

A long time ago I was house shopping, I looked at some house, a few days later the Realtor(TM lol) calls me and tells me that "he is not trying to be pushy but there is another couple that's considering writing an offer, but since I saw it before them he wants to give me a heads up", the call didn't end well.

When you have a domain why BS, simply telling someone you are emailing many potential buyers is enough of a trigger point and its not a lie.
