Advice on email marketing

I'd like to get advice on email marketing. Anyone has good experience with any company who could do the email marketing , including gathering list of prospects and sending the emails?

Just make sure you dont pick one with a "dirty" list. If the list is dirty you may lose your hosting because of spamming.

Best bet is to stay away from email advertising and go with a place like Google or Yahoo.
