Advice needed

I have a .com version of a developed .net website. I have it parked at sedo. How would I go about offering this for sale to the owner of the .net version? What should I say and what should I avoid saying? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just ask if they're interested in buying the domain, but do make sure they don't have a registered trademark for the keyword (whatever it is) or you could get in trouble for trying to make cash off of it.

Be concise in your E-mail, otherwise it may look like spam/scam and people will simply delete it.
