What happened to the Adsense and YPN ads?

Yeah what happened to them? There's still a spot for revenue sharing in the profile screen so hopefully they'll be back soon.

Not sure I do since now they are not showing targetted ads as they did before. I am only seeing the IamHosted banner and text ads for "domains".

Looks like welltargeted ads for me... but a footer 728x90 would be good as well, not - it is good on the Adsense Heatmap....
