AdSense problem - You can help I am sure.

Hi guys,

when blending my ads into the site`s template, I mistakenly hit one ad and it went to the page. What do I do now ? Mail them ?

I don't want to put my account in jeopardy. I clicked by mistake because I am on a laptop and I use the pad, not a mouse.

What do you guys suggest ?

If it was your first time i think you should have no problem, but you can email google just to protect yourself a bit more and...Never ever click your own ads again

If you did it only once, you probably won't have a problem, Shoot them an email to be on the safe side.

And make sure not to do it in the future, while still designing your site, I suggest removing your pub id while testing, that way if you do click on it, no reverse effect on your account.

Yes I did it only once. And that is only once until now. I have a Google Adsense account for a long time, but never happend to me. Looks like it did this time.

One more question. How do I contact them exactly ? From the site, or directly to an e-mail ?

I guess that much doesnot matters. Dont get scared they wont banned u for that but be ware dont keep on clicking .

intentional multiple clicking to gain credit is what they banned not accidental 1 click

1 click wont hurt google and hence they wont bother you but if this thing persists, you might be in hot waters.
