AdSense pages

What are those pages that are listed on adwords, but only contain adsense links? Are they making good money? Who owns them? Are they against adsense tos? Just wondering. I've spotted some, and I've was wondering about them.

Okay .. Let's say you google keyword "masks" and some featured sites are listed on the right panel, like "Masks at great prices here" you enter, and then it's just a bunch of adsense ads of advertiser sources for masks.

there is lots of sites trying to make money through google adsense, but some are playing some more brilliance, they are using adwords to getting traffic to there site, yes they may be (70%) of them are making money, because they are experiece adwords marketer, so they know how to beat the adwords price, they find keywords with small bids in adwords, then they add big keyworded adsense, its a gambling...dont play with it, if you are not a adword expert..

Ah domain arbritrage... You need a direct AFD feed in order to make money nowadays (years ago it was easy peasy (apparently))..

I'll read up on that thanks. And if you keep clicking on someone's adwords, does it keep costing the person money?
