Im trying to develope an ethnic search engine. I was thinking on using Adsense for search to provide my results so i can still get some sponsored links above the results and pay my hosting bills. At this time i will just give this simple service, so i will not get more content for some months (i plan to add local news and local stock exchange).

Its that against Adsense TOS?.
Any suggestion to avoid problems with Adsense TOS?

Thanks in advance,

You don't want Adsense for Search, you want Google Custom Search (or Co-op Search) It's much more flexible, and it still pays you via AdSense. You can create a custom search engine that only uses the sites you add to it, or one that uses all of Google, but favors the sites you add. Plus you can do more with the code. You can bulk upload sites via tab delimited sites, set refinements, and they even have a bookmarking tool for IE and Firefox so that when you come across a site you want to add to your search engine, you can just click on the marker. And best of all - no duplicate content problems (although if that's the only thing on your page, you may not rank highly in the search engines.) I use it for my Halloween sites.

As far as AdSense TOS - don't click on your own ads, don't engage in any shady schemes, and make sure you understand the TOS thoroughly, and you should be fine.

Here's a link the Custom Search product:

And here's an example of the one I set up:

Good luck!
