Through adsense program I was getting around $2-5/daily last month. But last 2 weeks revenue is almost zero.

Revenue was getting through some developed minisites and whypark site websites. Also I had tried adword program few days (September 1st week only) on one of my minisite having adsense. But later I stopped doing that.

Other things I have noticed, there is an increase numbers of impression than last month.

There is any particular reason for this adsense revenue decrease, like anything Adwords or anything else?

How I can rectify this problem now?

Thanks

I started using adsense from last month only. I'm only getting impressions, no clicks these days

August last week, no of clicks are around 35 impression 500
Sept 1-7, no of clicks 25, impression around 600
Sept 8-14, no of clicks 4, impression around 400
and this week click zero with less impression :td:

most probably same users are tired of same content over and over thus no clicks.
or worst case scenario it's all bots visiting your site.

Thanks, that means it nothing related to adwords?

only you can tell that, i don't know your stats and domain referrer brought by adwords to your site.

do some experiment, stop your adword temporarily (can it be stopped? i don't know i haven't used it before) then see for a few days (3 days) if there's a change in the traffic.

adwords and adsense are different!

Check that you haven't opted to only allow certain sites...you can set it up so you can pick what domains adsense works on; if the domain isn't in that list it will record it but won't pay you. This is to stop people pinching your code and missusing it.

I'd contact google.

Thanks weblord

I had tried adword as an experiment only, not using it now these days. right now i had changed all adsense code for my whypark sites.

But still it looking strange. now more pages starting indexing on google and other search enignes even after click coming down to zero

Hi,

I don't think you should read much into your adsense problem, its quite common....

However, other than the adwords campaign, if you have made any changes to the site and ad placements, like change of color, or place on the page then, that could be a differentiating factor, in this case simply revert to the original state....else adsense has it's highs and lows so it can come around.....

No, I haven't made any changes in site content or ad placement. In case it quite common problem with adsense, then ok. minimum i can hope it will get improved later.

thanks

if the number of clicks are decreasing, then it definitely is not adsense's fault unless they're running out of advertisers (which they're not)... which is why i asked about the number of clicks. :)

it looks like it might be time to improve ctr through the usual colour changes, placement changes, etc. new content is always recommended too!

Yes i think so you are not having any unique visitors as you are not updating your content or may be not doing any SEO for it too ... so the regular visitors must got bored with it and your impressions and clicks both get down

Can you put in new contents? then test it for a couple of days?

I will have to try that, minium for few pages. getting further content is a major task.

Am I allowed to advertise my services here? Heck maybe not....

Hehee, anyway, adding content might not be that helpful a solution at all.

If the number of impressions have not changed, that means the content is still good to attract the same number of visitors. Has your 'Unique Visitors' graph dropped drastically?

I agree the chances are remote, but has the financial market MeltDown affected your niche or your advertisers in any way?

Ok once again, I still feel everyone's reading too much into this (including me) wait for a few days and please report about changes/progress.

I am available to answer questions via PM, so let me know :) I may be able to help (not sure, but no harm in trying)

Aditya

Are you getting the same traffic? And what are your sources of traffic?

I suggest you try to improve your site's ranking in SEs to get some traffic as traffic = $$$

hire some content providers/writers to do it for you, you don't have to do everything btw.

thanks, there are two option, the one you suggested other one do it own, this what i'm doing. till the time i'm not providing any pro service i don't want to spend money on content (min for few months).

Sept went almost zero, but this month there are some improvment in adsense.

i hope things will improve naturally and with some good seo.
