Probably a employee at Google reviewed your site and put the domain into a blacklist not to serve ads.

Did you pick these domains from expired lists? Probably they were banned during the custody of old owner. Why don't you email adsense about it?

Hey, I believe the problem is you have 4 instances of google ads on your sites. Its an easy fix, take one of them off, so you only have 3 ad blocks, then let google rescan your site if it doesnt appear back instantly.

Yes try to start with one and if it works you know the issue. Or start a subdomain with that domain and see if any ads work on those sub domains. Ammo is prob right :)

duplicate content made for adsense seen them a million times template. That's what google sees and probably why you will not gets ads. They are cracking down on these cookie-cutter duplicate content websites. Be thankful they haven't dropped your domain from the search results as well.

Google doesn't always send out an e-mail if your site is blocked. Log into adsense and look at Reporting, Site check (or something like that, I have the Dutch version so I'm not sure what it is in English).

There it will tell you if there is a problem with your website.
